Concrete Sealer

The seal is a compound that is applied on the surfaces to preserve the appearance and keep it absorbing moisture that causes the damage. It is made up of highly porous material that is the valid reason to protect it with sealer.  

Types of sealers

•   Film forming sealer

•  Penetrating sealer

Film forming – it looks like a thin layer prevents moisture from entering pores of concrete, as sealer remains intact your concrete surface will be preventive

Penetrating – It absorbed by the concrete that makes as water proof. Many prefer this type because it looks longer lasting than film forming

•   Matte looks then penetrating is best

•  Safety – it doesn’t increase slip potential or emit harmful fumes during application specifically for indoor
